Jamie joins his mentor/good friend Gennaro in the Alps to spice things up for Christmas. They will cook up a big festive feast with a delicious Italian twist. Try to make your own cracker ravioli and balsamic roast potatoes, with two roasts fit for the festival : the big old turkey and the traditional porchetta.
